Enhance
Turning user signals into product improvements through a disciplined feedback loop.
Owner: Alessandro
The enhance pillar of our strategy describes how we use what we learn from engaged and educated users to improve the product itself. Every user interaction is a signal. Enhancement ensures those signals are captured, prioritised and acted upon in a disciplined feedback loop.
Properties
- Feedback capture: Mechanisms for collecting user input (e.g., in-app feedback widget, NPS surveys, community sentiment analysis, support tickets)
- Telemetry: Quantitative usage data that reveals how users actually interact with BrowserPod (e.g., feature adoption rates, drop-off points, performance metrics)
- Tools (e.g., Git, Bash)
- Communication: Closing the loop with users by showing them their feedback was heard and acted upon (e.g., changelogs, “you asked, we built” announcements)
Meter
Feedback capture volume, time from feature request to shipped enhancement, user satisfaction scores before and after enhancement cycles.
