BrowserPod is a product, comprised of constituent properties.
The first step in our strategy is the establishment of these core properties. By establishment, we refer to the property reaching of a beta state, where it is ready for at least limited release.

Launch BrowserPod in beta, making it available to already interested audiences for testing and feedback followed by general release with Node.js.

BrowserPod with Python now available in preview, with limited functionality (e.g., no Pip available)

BrowserPod for Rust
Target: By July 2026
BrowserPod with Rust to launch next, supporting strategic objectives with embed opportunity from Yarn. Also acts as an unlock to embed Codex in BrowserCode.
BrowserPod for Python
Usable integration of Python to be released with tooling such as Pip.
BrowserPod for Ruby/Rails
Target: TBC
Ruby on Rails to be released this year, the target will be selected based on tactical horizon planning.
