Expand
Growing our footprint within users, organisations and geographies.
Owner: Stefano
The expand pillar of our strategy describes how we grow our footprint once we have established a presence within a user, organisation or geography. A single developer using BrowserPod inside a company is an opportunity to onboard their team; a team is an opportunity to onboard the department; a domestic success is an opportunity to enter adjacent markets.
Properties
- Organisational expansion: Programmes and features that make it easy for one user to bring others along (e.g., team invitations, shared workspaces, admin dashboards, seat-based pricing)
- Geographic expansion: Localisation, regional partnerships and targeted outreach to developer communities in high-growth markets (e.g., LATAM, SEA, India)
- Vertical expansion: Adapting positioning and features for specific industries or use cases beyond general developer tooling (e.g., education, enterprise training, QA)
- Platform expansion: Extending BrowserPod availability to new surfaces (e.g., IDE plugins, CI/CD integrations, mobile-friendly interfaces)
- Account intelligence: Tracking which organisations are using BrowserPod, identifying expansion opportunities and equipping sales with the data to act (e.g., domain-level analytics, usage dashboards)
